Thursday

Post-nap bed head. Post-chocolate-chip-cookie face.

And I complain about not losing the baby weight as fast this time. This is my third double batch since I had Eden. Best cookies ever!

Lia teaching Woody to ride the bike. You must click on the picture to get the full effect of her carefully placing each hand on the handlebars.

Lite Brite time! This toy is so old and all the black paper that you are supposed to cover the holes with is gone. I used a page from a magazine. Lia didn't care!
Bonus: Guess what the downward sloping line is (according to Lia) and you win!

Eden gave me a half smile followed by a huge grin today. She also smiled at the light switch, so yeah. I'm thinking the smiles are still pretty random.

Lia is showing us what her economic indicators are predicting for the last quarter of the U.S. economy.

Looks like a playground "slide" to me. Love the photo on the bike. I wish I had taken one of my daughter and our dog on her trike when she was 3. She carefully placed the dogs front paws on the tricycles back step, then got on the bike. However when throwing her foot over the seat to get on she'd hit the dog in the head. The dog would step off. She had repeated the process several times when I told her the dog couldn't ride the bike. She put her hands on her hips and said" She can't swing either!"
