Lia did some serious painting. It's amusing and exasperating to see the colors slowly get more and more muddled. I'm not sure why it bothers me, but I try to keep my mouth shut and let her muddy them up until her heart's content. She's just not a fan of washing the paintbrush off.
Bike riding this afternoon.
Eden made up for her 1.5 hours of nap time yesterday by nearly sleeping the day away in the wrap. So sweet to have her snuggled up to me everywhere we go. Tonight should be interesting though...
Cinnamon bread and milk on the front steps. Kenya was (literally) drolling over it the whole time, but managed to restrain herself. Can you see the anticipation on her face? Lia almost always drops a crumb or two for her, regardless of how many times we tell her not to feed Kenya.

Dinner was delicious.
Perfect recipe for the summer abundance of tomatoes and corn.

Um, Jill? Just so you know, your blog is by far my favorite blog to read. haha
HI Jill. Meg said she found your blog so I had to check it out. What a super cute family you have. I love the beautiful pictures, you should be a photographer!!!
your pics are so nice! i haven't yet let mia play with paints for that same reason, but i'm sure she'd love it too. that's so great that lia is going to preschool already and sounds like she's doing so well with it!!
And yes, you should be a photographer. Do you have like a million dollar camera or what?
Okay so can I steal your camera??? I love your pictures! Anyways, when are you guys moving? And will this be permanent?
Haha. No million dollar camera, but I do have a Nikon D50 that I looooove. I also use photoshop to spruce up my pictures. And I have really cute subjects, which helps. :) I'm far from a photographer, but thanks!
